The 2027/2028 Fulbright U.S. Student Program competition is open.
The Fulbright Commission in Portugal seeks well qualified and highly motivated U.S. students to study at the graduate level, conduct a research or arts project, or serve as English Teaching Assistant across a wide range of Portuguese institutions and academic fields.
U.S. Students can apply for the following Awards until Tuesday, October 6, 2026.

Fulbright / FLAD Open Study/Research Award
Fulbright / Camões, I.P. Open Study/Research Award
Fulbright / Azores Regional Government Open Study/Research Award
Fulbright English Teaching Assistants Award
