Ao abrigo de uma Bolsa Fulbright para Doutoramento com o apoio da FCT, Rodrigo Costa concluiu o primeiro ano do seu programa de doutoramento em “Counseling Psychology” da University of Florida, Gainesville, FL EUA.

«My time in the U.S. significantly increased my awareness of diverse cultural experiences, contributing to my growth as a cultural being and professional development as a future counseling psychologist. Furthermore, I was able to apply and improve my English language skills, both casual and formal, in virtually every interaction and context I found myself in. Besides, all of the research activities and contributions I made to the field of counseling psychology as a graduate student resulted in me receiving the Derek Chiu Student Training and Research Scholarship, a merit-based award offered annually to some graduate students in the Counseling Psychology doctoral program at UF.»
