Na primeira pessoa, Tiago Augusto partilha connosco a sua experiência Fulbright, 2019-2020.  Ao abrigo da  Bolsa Fulbright para Investigação com o apoio da FCT e no âmbito do seu doutoramento em Ciências Farmacêuticas da Universidade do Porto, Tiago passou 4 meses no Beckman Research Center of City of Hope, em Los Angeles.

​​«My Fulbright experience definitely made me grow both personally and professionally. Being the first time that I was so far from home, it made me come out of my shell and make new friends, especially in non-work environments (as the gym). It really helped me discover the strength and will that I had. Professionally I learnt a lot, and was able to implement the insights of more experienced researchers. Moreover, I was able to finish the work I intended to do.»
