As part of ISG|Business and Economics School’s participation in an Erasmus+ Mobility Project in Sustainability, Fulbright ETA Elba Garcia visited Trondheim, Norway on Dec 4-10th with her mentor, Prof. Mariana Marques .

“One of the awesome projects I had the pleasure to be a part of with my host university (ISG) was to collaborate in an Erasmus+ Mobility Project called “Make it Greener”, which aims to promote environmentally sustainable efforts and changes. This project consists of a collaboration between four countries: Norway, Slovakia, Turkey, and Portugal. This past December, I was able to join the cohort in Trondheim, Norway with teachers and students from  INETE and my faculty mentor from ISG. In this mobility, I met and interacted with various students and educators from a diverse background. We participated in activities that enabled us to share our stories, explore the city, and embrace efforts that can make daily tasks become more environmentally sustainable. As an ETA, I carried 1-to-1 conversations with the students and teachers about my experiences as a student in the U.S. and learned more about Norwegian culture. I am very grateful for this opportunity and I look forward to continue working on this project.”
