Manuel A. Gómez is a Professor of Law and Associate Dean for Graduate Studies and Global Engagement at FIU Law. Focuses on international dispute resolution, comparative civil procedure, and complex litigation. Founding Board Member of the Miami International Arbitration Society, lead of Law School Liaison Committee of the International Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Latin America & Caribbean Group of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center.  Editor-in-Chief of the World Arbitration and Mediation Review. Author, editor, or co-editor of numerous publications in the field of dispute resolution and governance and the globalization of the legal profession.
