Tiago Silva

Tiago is an Invited Assistant Professor at the Physics Department of Instituto Superior Técnico and a Researcher at the Institute for Plasmas and Nuclear Fusion in Lisbon, Portugal. His research activities are related to the modeling and experimental characterization of non-equilibrium kinetics of low-temperature molecular plasmas. During his Fulbright grant, he will visit the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to explore the potential of plasmas for the reforming of CO₂ and the production of oxygen in the Martian environment.
