Bruno Reynaud de Sousa
Bruno teaches Law at the University of Porto and at the University of Minho. He earned both a BA and an LL.M at the Catholic University of Portugal, later obtaining a MA in EU International Relations and Diplomacy (College of Europe) and a doctorate from the Catholic University of Portugal (magna cum laude). Bruno is an alumnus of the National Defense Institute of Portugal, the International Space University, and the US Department of State (SUSI on US Foreign Policy). At Instituto Jurídico Portucalense and as a member of the International Institute of Space Law, he researches space law and policy matters. As Visiting Scholar at the Space Policy Institute of the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University, Bruno will develop a research project focused on EU-US cooperation for commercial space activities and space traffic management.
