Inês Tomé
Inês Tomé is a PhD student in Pharmaceutical Sciences, and she is developing her project at Center for Neurosciences and Cell Biology, where she is focused on the delivery of nanoparticles containing senolytics to eliminate senescent brain endothelial cells. As a visiting student researcher in the U.S., Inês will have the collaboration of Dr. Diana Jurk from Mayo Clinic (Minnesota, USA), an expert in cell senescence and accelerated aging models. Inês will have the opportunity to work with prestigious researchers in the field of aging, as well as to have access to exclusive tools and models of brain aging.
