Francisca Matos

Francisca Matos is a writer from Lisbon. She is the recipient of a Fulbright Grant, as well as the Jane Cooper fellowship from Sarah Lawrence College, where she will pursue her poetry MFA. During her time in the MFA, Francisca plans on developing and honing her writing and teaching abilities. She is especially keen on participating in a close-knit literary community, to nurture her sense of writing as a collaborative and collective experience.
