Catarina Dias
Catarina Dias received her doctoral degree from University of Porto, Portugal in 2019, after a master in Physics Engineering (2013). Then, she joined the Institute of Physics for Advanced Materials, Nanotechnology and Photonics (IFIMUP) as a Junior Researcher. Her research mainly focuses on metal-insulator-metal memristive stacks for memory and neuromorphic applications. Other research interests include machine learning, photonic computing, neuronal interfaces, numerical simulations, and microfabrication techniques. Since 2020, she has been an invited teacher in the Department of Physics and Astronomy of the Faculty of Sciences, University of Porto.
